Instant Salad Dressing

This healthy salad dressing recipe uses whole sunflower seeds as a base instead of oil. Whole seeds are so much tastier and healthier than oils, and give a really rich and creamy dressing for a light salad. Try lemon or orange juice for flavor, and play with whatever herbs and spices you enjoy in healthy vegan recipes. This salad dressing makes an excellent everyday dressing, and is particularly good for a cleansing or detox diet plan since it avoids potential toxins in oils.
Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice/Orange juice / 1 teaspoon concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender with a few tablespoons of water and blend. Add water as you need to for consistency, and keep blending until you get a smooth mixture.
