28 Ounce, drained, rinsed (2 Cans Of 14 Ounce Each)
6 , sliced
1 , chopped in small pieces
2 Medium, chopped
12 , chopped (Or Kalamata)
Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoon (White / Red)
1. In a large bowl mix the chick peas, scallions, onion, tomatoes, olives and parsley.
2. In a small bowl mix the olive oil and vinegar to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing on the salad and mix well.
4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
