Couscous Salad

Ingredients
  Whole wheat couscous 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked garbanzo beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Chopped mint leaves 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Currants 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Look Like Tiny Raisins)
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the cup of water, butter and salt to a full boil. Stir in the couscous, turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. With a fork and place the couscous in a salad bowl. Add the other ingredients, give it another good stir and you're ready to eat it .
