Celery and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6
  Celery stalks 8
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash tomatoes, take out the pips, quarter them and drain.
Wash the celery stalks, cut off the bottom part, and chop up.
Mix the oil, salt, pepper, and mustard in a small bowl.
Add vinegar and whisk.
Heap celery in the middle of the salad bowl, surround with tomatoes, then pour the vinaigrette on top.
