Tomato And Basil Salad
|Ripe tomatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and sliced (750 Grams)|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||4 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
1. Arrange tomato slices overlapping on a serving platter and sprinkle with basil leaves.
2. To make dressing, place garlic, oil and vinegar in a screwtop jar. Shake well to combine and sprinkle over tomatoes. Just before serving, sprinkle tomato salad with Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.
