Salmon Salad In Tomato Cups

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 7 3⁄4 Ounce, drained, bones and skin removed, and flaked (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice; mix with remaining ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce.
Chill.
Turn tomatoes stem end down.
Cut each into 6 wedges, cutting to, but not through bottom; sprinkle cut surfaces with salt.
Spread wedges apart; spoon in egg mixture.
Serve on lettuce.
