Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni/Bow ties / similar pasta 1⁄2 Pound
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Sweet pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cored, seeded, and chopped (Green / Red)
  Yellow onion 1 Small, peeled and finely chopped
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White vinegar/Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard/Spicy brown mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 5 (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions, drain in a colander, and rinse under cold running water. Drain again thoroughly.
2. While the macaroni is cooking, combine the celery, sweet pepper, onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a serving bowl. Add the macaroni to the bowl and toss well to mix. Serve on the lettuce leaves.
