Stuffed Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients
  Grapefruit 2 Large
  Shrimps 16 , shelled and cleaned (Cooked / Canned)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mixed horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash the grapefruit, cut in halves, remove core and using a curved knife specially for loosening grapefruit or orange flesh, cut out the flesh. With scissors, trim off any membranes left in the shell.
2. Mix the grapefruit with the shrimps.
3. Blend the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, sugar and paprika together. Mix with the grapefruit and shrimps. Fill back into the grapefruit shells.
