Sugar Snap Peas And Hearts Of Palm Salad
|Sugar snap peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Ones)|
|Torn boston lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Torn romaine lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced canned hearts of palm||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey orange vinaigrette||4 Tablespoon|
1. Arrange peas in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 1 minute or until peas are crisp-tender. Set aside, and let cool.
2. Combine peas, Boston lettuce, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Pour Honey-Orange Vinaigrette over lettuce mixture; toss gently.
