Sugar Snap Peas And Hearts Of Palm Salad

Ingredients
  Sugar snap peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Ones)
  Torn boston lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced canned hearts of palm 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey orange vinaigrette 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Arrange peas in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 1 minute or until peas are crisp-tender. Set aside, and let cool.
2. Combine peas, Boston lettuce, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Pour Honey-Orange Vinaigrette over lettuce mixture; toss gently.
