Ingredients
  Grated carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dark raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Early in day: In medium bowl, combine carrots, raisins, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Mix well with fork.
Cover.
Refrigerate.
Serve in lettuce cups.
