Lychee And Rockmelon Salad

Ingredients
  Rockmelon 1
  Canned lychees 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon
  Sweet white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Peel and seed rockmelon, cut flesh into cubes.
2. In a large bowl combine rockmelon, lychees and mint.
3. Pour over wine, toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
