Hot Wurst And Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fully cooked sausages 3⁄4 Pound, cut in 1/4-inch-thick slices (Such As Bockwurst, Kielbasa, Knackwurst, Or Bratwurst)
  White wine vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Including Some Tops)
  Finely shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Red Or Green)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Microwavea 10-inch browningdish or skillet on HIGH (100%) for 4 1/2 minutes.
Carefully transfer dish (bottom will be very hot) to a heatproof surface.
Add oil and tilt dish to coat bottom evenly.
Immediately add sausages; stir and toss gently until sausages are lightly browned and sizzling stops.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
Transfer sausages to a dish and keep warm.
To drippings in browning dish, add vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, and onions; stir.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
Add cabbage; toss to coat with dressing.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes orjustuntil wilted.
Stir in sausages.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Let stand for 1 minute.
