Tomato Cheese Salad
|American cheddar cheese||1 Pound, finely grated|
|Hard cooked eggs||5 , shelled and chopped|
|Chopped sweet pickles||6|
|Chopped canned pimientos||3|
|Chopped stuffed olives||12|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash, core, skin, and scoop out the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the insides with salt and pepper; then invert on a plate, and chill.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients, except lettuce and French dressing, and use to fill the tomatoes.
Serve on lettuce, with French dressing.
