Tomato Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 8 Medium
  American cheddar cheese 1 Pound, finely grated
  Hard cooked eggs 5 , shelled and chopped
  Chopped sweet pickles 6
  Chopped canned pimientos 3
  Chopped stuffed olives 12
  Chopped pecans 12
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 5
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash, core, skin, and scoop out the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the insides with salt and pepper; then invert on a plate, and chill.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients, except lettuce and French dressing, and use to fill the tomatoes.
Serve on lettuce, with French dressing.
