Microwave Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Cubed red potatoes 2 1⁄2 Pound (7 Cups)
  Cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Real mayonnaise/Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup, 100% Natural)
  Shredded swiss cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup, 100% Natural)
  Green onion slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place potatoes and water in 3-quart casserole; cover.
Microwave on high 16 to 18 minutes or until tender, stirring after 9 minutes.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients; chill.
