Easy Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (No Sugar Added)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Boneless skinless cooked chicken 8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, pared, seeded, diced
  Apple 1⁄2 Small, cored, diced
  Green bell peppers 2 Medium, cut into halves lengthwise and seeded
  Lettuce leaves 5
Directions

In bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Add chicken, cucumber, and apple; toss to combine.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and place 1 portion in each pepper half.
