Easy Curried Chicken Salad

|Canned crushed pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (No Sugar Added)|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
|Boneless skinless cooked chicken||8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Medium, pared, seeded, diced|
|Apple||1⁄2 Small, cored, diced|
|Green bell peppers||2 Medium, cut into halves lengthwise and seeded|
In bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Add chicken, cucumber, and apple; toss to combine.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and place 1 portion in each pepper half.
