Green Mango Salad

Ingredients
  Mixed lettuce leaves 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Cucumber 1 , thinly sliced
  Green mangoes 2 , peeled and thinly sliced (Unripe)
  Cooked chicken 8 Ounce, shredded (250 Gram)
  Fresh mint leaves 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh coriander leaves 4 Tablespoon
For chili and lime dressing
  Fresh red chilies 2 , chopped
  Palm sugar/Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Thai fish sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Arrange lettuce, cucumber, mangoes, chicken, mint and coriander attractively on a serving platter.
2. To make dressing, place chillies, sugar, lime juice and fish sauce in a bowl and mix to combine. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
