Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Canned sauerkraut 1 Pound, chilled (1 Can)
  Grated carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Apples 2 Medium, chopped
  Ripe olives 6 Large, pitted and sliced
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Toss ingredients together with two forks until well mixed.
Chill.
Serve on crisp greens.
