Whole Meal Salad

Ingredients
  Mixed dark greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced to make 1 1/4 cups
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Cooked pinto beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Radishes 4 , sliced
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Toss all ingredients together except the last four. Divide between four serving plates.
Top each with 1/4 cup cottage cheese. Surround with zucchini, carrot and sprouts. Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
