|Orange flavored gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Concentrated frozen orange juice||6 Ounce|
|Mandarin oranges||10 Ounce, well drained|
|Lemon flavored gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Whipping cream/1 envelope topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In small bowl dissolve orange gelatin in first amount of boiling water.
Stir in concentrated orange juice and oranges.
Pour into mold.
Stir occasionally to ensure suspension of oranges.
In small bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in second amount of boiling water.
Chill until egg white consistency.
Stir 2 or 3 times.
Whip cream until stiff.
Blend cream cheese into whipped cream.
Fold into thickened lemon gelatin.
Pour over top orange layer.
Unmold on lettuce-lined plate.
Spoon mayonnaise on top center.
Add reserved orange sections.
