Chef's Salad Bowl

|Mixed salad greens||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsalted cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cooked chicken||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lean cooked beef||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Hard cooked egg white||1 , sliced|
|Cooked asparagus spears||2 (Cold)|
Line a small salad bowl with a large lettuce cup.
Fill with the mixed greens.
Arrange the cheese, chicken, beef, egg white, cherry tomatoes, and cold asparagus on top of the greens.
Serve with a Spa salad dressing.
