Hong Kong Garden Salad

Ingredients
  Avocados 2 , peeled and sliced
  Canned bean sprouts 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), drained
  Pimento 1 , cut into strips
  Slivered black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice To Taste
Directions

1. Combine three-quarters of the avocado slices with the remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill.
2. Serve on individual salad plates and garnish with the remaining avocado slices.
