Broccoli Mimosa Salad
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||6 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen broccoli spears||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
About 4 hours before serving: In jar, combine apple juice, vinegar, oil, 1/4 cup water, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper, basil; shake well; refrigerate.
Cook broccoli as label directs; cool.
Pour some of dressing over broccoli; cover; refrigerate.
Serve on salad plates; sprinkle with eggs.
Pass extra dressing.
