Apple Date Salad
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon, squeezed|
|Celery stalks||3 , sliced|
|Tart apples||2 , cored and sliced|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Butter lettuce leaves||4|
In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, lemon juice, and honey; chill.
Quarter the dates and add to the dressing together with celery, apples, and walnuts.
Spoon mixture onto a bed of lettuce and serve.
