Beef And Vegetables In Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , finely sliced
  Rump steak 12 Ounce, cut into strips (375 Gram)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Bean sprouts 3 1⁄2 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Mangetout 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Black bean sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Beef stock 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and cook garlic and ginger over a medium heat for 1 minute. Add onion and beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in pan, add red pepper, bean sprouts and mangetout and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add black beans, soy sauce, stock, sugar and cornflour mixture and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens slightly. Return beef and onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
