|Cherry tomatoes||1 Pint, quartered|
|Mixed vegetables||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Real mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|100% grated parmesan cheese||1 Ounce|
Layer lettuce, tomatoes and vegetables in 2 1/2-quart serving bowl.
Mix together mayonnaise and cheese; spread over salad to seal.
