Ingredients
  Lettuce 1 Quart, shredded
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint, quartered
  Mixed vegetables 10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)
  Real mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  100% grated parmesan cheese 1 Ounce
Directions

Layer lettuce, tomatoes and vegetables in 2 1/2-quart serving bowl.
Mix together mayonnaise and cheese; spread over salad to seal.
Cover; chill.
