Seven Layer Salad With Lemon and Dill

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Scallion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Minced dill 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lettuce 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Radishes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced
  Bell peppers 2 , seeded and diced
  Cucumber 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced
  Red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shaved
  Sugar snap pea 2 Cup (32 tbs), blanched
Directions

Whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, scallion, dill, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and cayenn for dressing in a small bowl; chill.
Layer salad ingredients in the following order in a large clear bowl lettuce, radishes, bell peppers, cucumber, onion, Parmesan, and peas.
Top salad with dressing, cover, and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.
Just before serving, toss to combine.
