This Ramen Noodle Salad recipe is one that would come handy when you have some unannounced guests. An easy and quick to whip up dish, the noodle salad is one that is popular with both adults and kids alike.
Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped spring onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ramen noodle 85 Gram (3 Ounce)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 5 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Crushed black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook the Ramen Noodles with the flavor packet as per the instructions. Chop the chicken into thin strips. Take a bowl, add in the chicken, noodles and all the other ingredients . Toss. Your salad is ready to serve. It would taste great if refrigerated for about half an hour to 45 minutes.
