Special Cucumber Salad
|Salad oil||4 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|French mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Natural yogurt||6 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Peel and thinly slice the cucumber and place in a glass dish, sprinkle with salt and set aside for 1 hour.
Wash cucumber slices thoroughly with cold water, squeeze out as much liquid as possible, then arrange in a salad bowl.
Combine in a bowl the oil, vinegar, mustard, yogurt and pepper and mix very well for a dressing, then pour over cucumbers, sprinkle with parsley and toss.
