Ham Ring With Potato Salad
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), minced or ground|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Potato salad||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Soften the gelatin in cold water and dissolve over boiling water.
Stir into the sour cream.
Add to the sour cream the ham and all the seasonings.
Blend well and pour into an oiled ring mold and chill until firm.
Unmold the ring on a bed of shredded lettuce and fill the center with potato salad.
Serve with mayonnaise.
