Banana and Peanut Salad
|Salad greens||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peanuts||4 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. Wash, drain and chill the salad greens.
2. Peel and cut the banana crosswise into halves. Split each half lengthwise and spread open as a fan.
3. Place the banana on a salad plate. Sprinkle cut surfaces with the chopped peanuts. Garnish with crisp greens and serve with mayonnaise.
