Picnic Macaroni Salad
|Elbow macaroni||8 Ounce, uncooked|
|Diced ham/German bologna||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet mixed pickles||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped pimientos||2 Ounce, drained (1/4 Cup)|
|Sweet pickle liquid||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Combine cooled macaroni with ham or German bologna, pickles, celery; onion, pimientos, sweet pickle liquid, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl; toss lightly until all ingredients are evenly coated.
