Stuffed Cantaloupe Salad
|Cantaloupes||4 , halved and seeded|
|Fresh pineapple slices||2 , diced|
|Grapefruit||12 , segments skinned|
|Orange sections||24 , skinned|
|Ripe raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice/Lemon juice||1 Pint|
Prepare and chill all the fruit.
Arrange the fruit in the cantaloupe halves, reserving a few raspberries for garnishing.
Pour a little dressing over the fruit and chill Vi hour.
At serving time place a small scoop of fruit ice on top of each salad and top with a raspberry or a tiny sprig of mint.
