Mixed Leaf Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1⁄2 , shredded
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄2 , shredded
  Avocado 1 Medium
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Green bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , sliced
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Water cress 1 , trimmed
  Curly endive 1
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
For dressing
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Cut avocado in half, remove seed and peel.
Cut in slices and coat with lemon juice.
Add avocado slices and remaining salad ingredients to lettuce in bowl.
Mix all ingredients for dressing together, pour over salad and toss together.
