Tomato Salad With Goat Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Yellow tomato slice 6 , unpeeled (1/4 Inch Thick, Or Red)
  Boston lettuce leaves 4 Large
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Chevre 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Mild Goat Cheese)
  Non-fat sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Arrange tomato slices on 2 lettuce-lined salad plates.
2. Combine milk and next 4 ingredients, stirring well with a wire whisk. Spoon over salads; sprinkle with pepper.
