Party Salad

Ingredients
  Broccoli head 1 Medium, cut into florets
  Carrots 2 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, sliced
  Celery stick 1 , peeled and chopped
  Apple 1 Large, cubed
  Cottage cheese 250 Gram, cubed (Paneer, Made From Fat-Free Milk)
For dressing
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , whisked
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Non synthetic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Curd 3 Tablespoon, whisked (Made From Fat-Free Milk)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Combine all vegetables, apple and paneer in a large bowl and toss well to mix.
Place all ingredients for dressing except curd and oil in a blender and blend till well mixed.
Whisk curd with 2 tbsp water.
With the machine running, slowly pour in oil and then curd, and continue blending till smooth.
Roast sunflower seeds in a dry pan till light gold.
Just before serving, sprinkle a little dressing over salad, toss to mix and garnish with sunflower seeds.
Serve at room temperature with remaining dressing in a small bowl.
