Ingredients
  Grated carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Low sodium mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine carrots and raisins in large bowl.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss with carrots and raisins.
3. Chill well before serving.
