Spiced Pear Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pear halves 6 (With 1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Juice, No Sugar Added)
  Sugarfree pear juice 6 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄4
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons, Imitation)
Directions

Combine pear juice with vinegar, cinnamon stick, and clove in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cook until mixture is reduced to about 1/4 cup.
Place pear halves in a medium bowl.
Pour hot juice over pears and chill for several hours, turning fruit occasionally.
Drain pears; strain and reserve liquid.
Arrange pear halves on shredded lettuce.
Combine liquid with mayonnaise and serve over pears as a salad dressing.
Divide evenly.
