Stuffed Cucumber Salad
|Cooked peas||4 Ounce|
|Chopped mint||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onions spring||4 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato slices||4 (For Garnish)|
|Lettuce||2 Ounce (For Garnish)|
Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces about 1/2-inch in length.

Put this into a basin and mix with peas, mint, mayonnaise, seasoning and chopped onion.
Sprinkle the pieces of cucumber with lemon juice, and leave to stand for 1 hour.
Fill with vegetable mixture, garnish with tomato slices and serve on a bed of lettuce.
