Exotic Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Plums 4 , skinned and cut in 8 wedges each
  Peaches/Frozen sliced peaches thawed and drained 4 , skinned and cut in 8 wedges each
  Banana 1 , fluted and cut in 1/2-inch diagonal slices
  Fresh strawberries/Whole strawberries frozen and partly thawed 1 Pint, hulled
  Seedless green grapes clusters 6 Small
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Torn mixed greens 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), stems removed
Directions

1.
Prepare the fruits and sprinkle with lemon juice to keep the color.
Flute the banana by drawing the tines of a sharp fork lengthwise along its surface.
Chill well.
(Save out a few berries to garnish the bowl or platter.) 2.
Mix the fruit and torn-up greens, and toss gently with the dressing.
Arrange in a large bowl or platter, and garnish with watercress, whole berries, and grape clusters.
