Tabbouleh In Chicken Fillets With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken breast fillets 8
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
For tabbouleh stuffing
  Burghul 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cracked Wheat)
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped mint 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shallots 4 , chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Pinch
For tomato sauce
  Butter 15 Gram
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Canned tomatoes 400 Gram (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock cube 1
Directions

Cut a pocket in the side of each chicken fillet, fill with Tabbouleh mixture, secure opening with toothpicks.
Barbecue, basting frequently with oil.
Serve with Tomato Sauce.
Tabbouleh Stuffing: Soak burghul in boiling water for about 30 minutes, strain; squeeze excess moisture out with hands.
Combine burghul, parlsey, mint and shallots.
Add combined oil, lemon juice and chilli powder, mix well.
Tomato Sauce: Saute onion in butter few minutes, add undrained crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and crumbled stock cube, simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
