|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , cut in quarters|
|Crisp lettuce leaves||4|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Drain the sardines and cut each in 4 pieces.
2. Arrange lettuce on 4 salad plates. Then place the sardines with the quartered eggs on the lettuce. Top with mayonnaise.
