Spinach Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Canned grapefruit sections 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spinach 10 Ounce, washed (1 Package)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain grapefruit; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine this juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, mustard and salad oil as dressing.
In large salad bowl, toss spinach with water chestnuts, grapefruit sections and dressing.
