Spicy Beef Salad
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Mustard||1 Teaspoon (Dijon / Prepared Spicy Brown Mustard)|
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and minced|
|Cubed cooked beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped|
|Finely chopped yellow onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet peppers||2 Medium, cored, seeded, and chopped (Green / Red)|
|Lettuce leaves||3 (For Garnish)|
1. In a small serving bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, parsley, cumin, and garlic.
2. Add the beef, celery, onion, and sweet peppers. Toss well. Serve on the lettuce leaves.
