Spicy Beef Salad

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon (Dijon / Prepared Spicy Brown Mustard)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and minced
  Cubed cooked beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Finely chopped yellow onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet peppers 2 Medium, cored, seeded, and chopped (Green / Red)
  Lettuce leaves 3 (For Garnish)
Directions

1. In a small serving bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, parsley, cumin, and garlic.
2. Add the beef, celery, onion, and sweet peppers. Toss well. Serve on the lettuce leaves.
