|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon (If Desired)|
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Medium Sized Head)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2Nmedium Stalks)|
In small mixing bowl, soften gelatin in cold water; stir in boiling water until dissolved.
Add sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt; stir to dissolve.
Chill until thickened but not set, about 45 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 quart mold or 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
