Perfection Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (If Desired)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Medium Sized Head)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2Nmedium Stalks)
Directions

In small mixing bowl, soften gelatin in cold water; stir in boiling water until dissolved.
Add sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt; stir to dissolve.
Chill until thickened but not set, about 45 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 quart mold or 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
