Ingredients
  Carrots 225 Gram
  Cucumber 115 Gram
  Tomatoes 115 Gram
  Radish 30 Gram
  Lettuce leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

1. Wash and grate carrots.
2. Peel and slice cucumber.
3. Slice tomatoes and radish.
4. Wash and drain lettuce without squeezing.
5. Arrange as desired.
