Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 6 Ounce
  Sweet pickles 5 , chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped
  Scallions 2 , chopped
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; transfer to a large bowl. Add the pickles, red and green bell peppers, celery, and scallions.
2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard. Pour over the macaroni mixture and toss well.
