Crusty Chicken Salad Rolls

Ingredients
  Crusty bread rolls 4 Large
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
For chicken salad
  Mayonnaise 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup / 125 Milliliter)
  Vinaigrette dressing 2 Tablespoon
  French mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked chicken 1 , skinned, boned and cut into small pieces
  Eating apples 2 , peeled, cored and diced
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , diced
  Celery stalks 2 , thinly sliced
  Spring onions 2 , shredded
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. To make salad, place mayonnaise, dressing and mustard in a bowl and mix to combine. Add chicken, apples, eggs, celery, spring onions and parsley. Season to taste with black pepper and toss to combine.
2. Cut rolls in half and spread bases with mayonnaise. Top with salad, then place other halves on top.
