Crusty Chicken Salad Rolls
|Crusty bread rolls||4 Large|
|For chicken salad|
|Mayonnaise||4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup / 125 Milliliter)|
|Vinaigrette dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|French mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked chicken||1 , skinned, boned and cut into small pieces|
|Eating apples||2 , peeled, cored and diced|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , diced|
|Celery stalks||2 , thinly sliced|
|Spring onions||2 , shredded|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. To make salad, place mayonnaise, dressing and mustard in a bowl and mix to combine. Add chicken, apples, eggs, celery, spring onions and parsley. Season to taste with black pepper and toss to combine.
2. Cut rolls in half and spread bases with mayonnaise. Top with salad, then place other halves on top.
