Savory Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked spinach 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup cold water and vinegar.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in spinach and onion; pour into 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
