Tossed Watercress Salad With Radishes And Pear

Ingredients
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Yellow onion 1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced
  Radishes 12 , thinly sliced
  Ripe pear 1 Medium, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard/Spicy brown mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash the watercress and dry it with paper toweling. Cut off and discard the stem ends, tear the watercress into bite-size pieces, and place in a serving bowl. Add the onion, radishes, and pear slices.
2. In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and mustard. Pour this dressing over the salad, toss, and serve.
