Tossed Watercress Salad With Radishes And Pear
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Yellow onion||1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Radishes||12 , thinly sliced|
|Ripe pear||1 Medium, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard/Spicy brown mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Wash the watercress and dry it with paper toweling. Cut off and discard the stem ends, tear the watercress into bite-size pieces, and place in a serving bowl. Add the onion, radishes, and pear slices.
2. In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and mustard. Pour this dressing over the salad, toss, and serve.
