White Bean And Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked dried white beans 6 Ounce
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Scallions 1⁄2 Ounce, chopped
  Canned tuna 4 Ounce, drained
  Lettuce leaves 2
Directions

In bowl combine oil and lemon juice or vinegar.
Add beans, parsley, scallions, salt, and pepper.
Toss to combine.
Chill.
Break tuna into chunks.
Divide bean mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves.
Top each with half the tuna.
